Arena Rules & Safety Guidelines
From booking to blast-off — simple, seamless, unforgettable.
The following rules apply to all players and are mandatory for participation:
General Rules
- Players must be 8 years of age or older.
- Only registered players are permitted inside the arena.
- A maximum of 24 players is allowed per session.
- Closed‑toe shoes must be worn at all times.
- Running, climbing, tackling or any form of physical contact is strictly prohibited.
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the arena.
Health & Safety
- Players with epilepsy, heart conditions, or who are pregnant participate at their own risk.
- All equipment must be worn correctly and used as instructed.
- Players must follow staff instructions at all times.
Conduct
- Bullying, aggressive behaviour or offensive language will not be tolerated.
- Tampering with sensors, vests or phasers is prohibited.
- Players must remain within designated play areas.
Gameplay Rules
- Each game lasts 15 minutes.
- Players must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session.
- Late arrival may result in reduced gameplay time.
Equipment Rules
- Laser tag vests and phasers must be handled with care.
- Equipment may not be thrown, damaged or misused.
Food, Drink & Alcohol
- No food or drink is permitted inside the arena.
Parties
- Party hosts are responsible for ensuring guests arrive on time.
Right of Refusal
- The Warehouse reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone behaving unsafely or in breach of these rules.
