Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled game time for check‑in, briefing and equipment fitting.

Yes. Laser tag is a non‑contact activity operated under strict safety rules and staff supervision. Players with epilepsy, heart conditions, or who are pregnant participate at their own risk.

Is food and drink available?
Soft drinks, pinsa and cakes are available for party bookings, and can be ordered when you book your session. The Warehouse also has a fully operational food truck selling food and refreshments on site.
Can we bring our own food?
Outside food is not permitted, except for pre‑arranged birthday cakes.
